In conclusion I would like to draw your attention to the fact that sometimes the government does not take into consideration the opinion of the people in the country which they rule. Local authorities give permission to run different factories, gas and petrol stations for cars in residential areas close to houses and people feel constant discomfort. They often get ill; children don’t have space enough for playgrounds. That’s why little by little the number of people in such cities becomes less. People leave their city. They move to other cities or even to some other countries. Thus such cities lose a lot of their income. Before local authorities take any serious steps in their city or region they should discuss the problems with the people and make the right decision which suits both the government and the residents.
