Хочу найти список предлогов, которые употребляются вместе со словами. такие как congratulate on, afraid of, capable with. в правилах про предлоги такого нет. где такое можно найти и как это называется? фразовые глаголы тоже не то!
Из Вашего примера,я полагаю,что Вы имеете ввиду сollocations или коллокации — это грамматически и лексически правильные словосочетания.В английском есть несколько видов,а точнее 7, collocations.Я бы порекомендовала оксфордский онлайн-словарь коллокаций английского языка.
