- Hi, Debora. I’d like to book an appointment with my therapist, please. Doctor Cannon.
- Have you been here before?
- Yes. A couple of months ago. I had my medical examination.
- Could you tell me your name, please?
- Miss Samantha Hilton.
- Hold on a second, please. I’ll find your medical chart. … Right, Miss Hilton. When do you want to come?
- Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow would be fine.
- Let me see. … Unfortunately Doctor Cannon isn’t available on these days, he is fully booked. Do you need some urgent care?
- No. I think it can wait. I just need to renew my prescription.
- OK. How about Friday then, at 3 p.m.?
- That sound fine, Debora. But you can call me if there are any cancellations tomorrow or the day after it.
- Sure, Miss Hilton. We’ll see you this Friday then.
