He said that he was sorry to say but participation in sports activities fell off when teenagers started to earn money and learnt to drive. But he was sure that his daughter would never stop talking part in swimming. He added that that year she was learning to drive and still was going to
swimming practice.
Ms Stanley said that she was not surprised that British teenagers were interested in clothes so much. She also said that previous week her daughter and her friends had been shopping for 4 hours and had bought a lot of clothes.
