Есть множество методик позволяющих быстро усваивать материал. Я бы вам порекомендовал купить прибор Paqtnq по моему. Там есть большая база слов игра в висельницу и действия в конкретных жизненных ситуациях. Поездка за границу, разговор с таможней, сдача гражданства. И вообще, я бы Вам посоветовал съездить в страну с большим кол-вом носителей языка и тренироваться в произношении, ну зубрить. Главное избегать сленга, это может существенно вас запутать. Поставьте если это смягчить вашу депрессию:)
