Education in the Russian Federation is a single purposeful process of education and training, which is a socially significant benefit and is carried out in the interests of the person, family, society and the state, as well as a set of acquired knowledge, skills, values, experience and competence of a certain volume and complexity for the purpose of intellectual, spiritual, moral, creative, physical and (or) professional development of a person, to meet his educational needs and interests[1].

Education in Russia is organized in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation Article 43* – the right to compulsory free General education and free, on a competitive basis, higher education.
