- Требования по уровню миниатюризации которые оцениваются коэффициентом плотности kпл

kпл =(Nэ + Nд) /V, (1.1)

где Nэ - число элементов в эквивалентных схемах микросхем; Nд - число дискретных элементов; V - габаритный объем изделия - м3.
- Коэффициент заполнения kзп

kзп = Vsэ / V, (1.2)

где Vsэ - суммарный объем корпусов элементов (по габаритным размерам);
- Коэффициент сборности, характеризующая структурное обработки конструкции и определяет долю конструктивных элементов, входящих в специфицируемие блоки сборочного чертежа изделия nсп, в общем количестве составных частей (СЧ), входящих в состав изделия,

kсб = Nсп / Nсч (1.3)

где Nсч общее количество составных частей в изделии.
