They use their trunk for taking food and putting it into the mouth. They also wash themselves with the trunk. Elephants eat grass, fruit and leaves. They are very clever. These animals help people. They carry them and their things. But people kill elephants for bone, which they use for making souvenirs.

Color: European standard - brown, chocolate, blue, lilac, red, cream, as well as all of the colors in the tortoise versions; on U.S. - sable, champagne (warm beige color, which goes to a pale golden brownish tinge on the body), blue and platinum (pale silvery gray with pale shades of purple).
Coat: short, thin, shiny, taut, almost without undercoat, satiny texture.
Advantages: love children, get along well with other pets, very affectionate and gentle.
Difficulty: do not like to be alone, in search of adventure can run away from home.
