Например: speak-spoke-spoken(говорить)

Для остальных глаголов, добавляется -ed окончание.
Например, work( работать)
Work-worked-worked
Вторая форма глагола используется в Past Simple Tense.
V3- past participle используется для образования Perfect Tense, пассивного залога и много ещё грамматики, где ее используют.
Ну а первая форма- базовый глагол, от которого отталкивается формирование его разных форм. Мы используем V1 в Simple Present tense- I work every day.
Future Simple -will+V1,

Continuous Tense- добавляем -ing окончание
