From my point of view anyone who wants to have a healthy lifestyle, should dispose of their bad habits, for instance eating fast food, and drinking fizzy and alcoholic potables. And then start taking part in sport clubs, or even if have a scamper every morning, besides control their health by visiting a doctor every 6 month, all in all I suppose that it's not hard that much to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Many people think that vegetarianism is "abusing your body"; "an unhealthy lifestyle". Other people believe that vegetarianism is due to the care about the preservation and promotion of health, and some others believe that vegetarians are people who have health problems. I will never become a vegetarian because I love meat and I love to eat it! I consider vegetarianism to be an unhealthy lifestyle.
