Sergey Ivanovich Galkin is the oldest Tula writer, author and compiler of many collections of poetry and prose, a laureate of several literary prizes, whose works are distinguished by thoughtfulness, indifference and adherence to principles, and also made a lot for the formation of young writers.
Seryozha Galkin was born in the distant 1938 in a Tula working-class family. His childhood was during the difficult war years. He lost his father early, who died at the front. About the literature at first did not think much, I wanted to get a "real man's profession", able to support the family. Therefore, after graduating from the Stalinogorsk Mining and Construction College, he worked on the construction of mines and a metallurgical plant.

What kind of problems do teenagers have nowadays? Young people can meet difficulties everywhere: at home, at school, in the street. They face to different problems. They are as school problems, emotional problems, health problems, at home with parents , misunderstanding , smoking , using drugs , using alcohol drinks , relationships with lovers. The teenager is kind enough. Someone tries to get good education nowadays. Someone is sure that the most important thing in life is health, freedom and the ability to adapt. Someone go in for different kinds of sport. Someone enjoy drugs, alcohol, and smoking. Someone try to make the around world better. I think that youth is a very important period in the life of man. This is the time when a youth tries to determine themsel fplace in this world. Young people of today do not directly accept the standards of their parents who believe that they are right because they are older. so the young and adult do not understand one another. All these things generate a generation gap. As a kind of protest against the values and lifestyles of the older people informal groups appeared. For example such as Hippies, Rockers, Bikers, Skinheads, Punks, Goths I believe a great future is reserved for Modern Youth in Russia
