Youth Public Movement "Partner" was created in August, 2001 by Ukrainian young leaders and specialists in the spheres of law, sociology, medicine, psychology and others. The main target group of the organization, beneficiaries who receive the most part of the services of the organization are children and youth at the age of 14-35. That's why 95% of personnel and volunteers of the organization are students and young specialists in different spheres and sciences.
