Dear Steve, we are having a great time here in Kemer. Valeri Beach Hotel.is small but comfortable.Our room is large,with nice sea view .The food is great. The weather is brilliant -hot and sunny We spent most of today swimmig and sunbathing on the beach.Tomorrow we are planning on a tour of the nearest city - Antalya.and hoping to do some sighseeng there and do shoping in the big shoping cetntre Migros. We will be back in a couple of weeks,Hope your family is well.

My Summer Holiday

I think that summer is the best time of the year, because it is warm, the nature is beautiful, and we have great opportunities for recreation. Summer is holiday time. We can go anywhere, spend time by the river or lake on fresh green grass, swim in warm water, or climb mountains, play various games, ride a bike and so on.

I usually spend my summer holidays at my granny’s. There are many things there to do. What I did most of the time - I swam in the sea and sunbathed. Sometimes I made a fire with my friends at the seaside and cooked potatoes there. It was wonderful. We told funny stories to each other, and played the guitar, sang songs and laughed. I also visited the local museum and aqua park.

Я думаю, что лето — лучшее время года, потому что здесь тепло, природа прекрасная и у нас есть большие возможности для отдыха. Лето — время отпусков. Мы можем поехать куда угодно, проводить время у реки или озера на свежей зеленой траве, плавать в теплой воде, или подняться в горы, играть в различные игры, кататься на велосипеде и так далее.

Обычно я провожу летние каникулы у бабушки. Там есть чем заняться. Что я делал большую часть времени: я плавал в море и загорал. Иногда мы с друзьями разводили костер на берегу моря и пекли там картошку. Это было чудесно. Мы рассказывали друг другу смешные истории, играли на гитаре, пели песни и смеялись. Я также посетил местный музей и аквапарк.

Soon the sea appeared, over which we flew about half an hour.When the plane landed, everyone began to clap and have fun, which flew well. When we got off the plane it turned out that it was much hotter in the street than in our city. We quickly took off our jackets and went to pick up our things. It was not a long ride to the hotel - we were taken from the airport by bus. I went up to my room with my parents, who was on the tenth floor. There we left things and ran to swim. The sea was blue, with blue shades, and seemed endless. I stood on a sandy beach on one shore and did not see the other. Only on the side of the horizon was the coastal line.The sea was very warm - 26 degrees. But when you go into it, it seems that it's very cold. The skin becomes covered with pimples, the heart stops. But after a few seconds I do not want to leave this wonderful pond. I liked the rest on the sea. I bathed every day, and sunbathed very well. On the beach, I with my father sculpted figurines from the pressed sand. It was very beautiful! They even stood for two or three days, pleased holidaymakers.But soon it was time to leave, t. we arrived only for a week. It was a pity to leave this beautiful place, but my mother and father promised me that we will definitely return there next summer. I will really wait!2 variantWe and my parents went to the sea this year. I was there for the first time, and I really liked it. Mom long chose us a ticket and decided that we are going to Kusadasi - a city in Turkey. I thought that the sea would be Mediterranean, but it turned out that Turkey was washed by the Aegean. There we went. I really liked the territory of the hotel - here each bush was cut in the form of a figurine or some character. Still along all the paths were planted bushes of beautiful flowers and plants of different shades. The beach was pebbly - strewn with small pebbles. The sea was stormy one day, but it seemed to me that it was especially beautiful at that moment. Large waves, framed with white foam, were gradually poured and dropped on the coast, and then retreated, washing off part of the sand.We went on an excursion to the city of Kusadasi. It is called "bird island". It's all because there are so many different beautiful birds here. Even here before was the fortress "storms of the seas" Barbarossa. Until now, there remained a large fortress wall, in which traces of cannonballs remained. The tour was very interesting, informative.The hotel was not boring, I was in the "children's club". All children from different countries and cities came together and played. Good animators gave us real adventures. We sang, danced a special dance, painted watercolor on a wet sheet. In general, it was very fun and great. With some guys, I still correspond on the Internet.It's been quite a while since we left there, and I already want to go back. This summer was great!3 variant I adore summer, because it's time for fun! My parents each year come up with something interesting. Last year we went camping and lived in the wild for a week. The year before last I remembered a trip to the Volga. Dad rented an apartment there for the whole summer and brought us with his mother. Every day we swam in a big river, we caught fish, crayfish, cooked on the fire at the ear.This year was generally remarkable - we all family went to the island of Crete. My mother loves active rest, and my father - lie on the beach. But we were able to combine the interests of both parents. For several days we just rested on the beach, sunbathed, played volleyball and other outdoor games, swam. And the last 3 days we drove around the island by car and inspected the sights. And there was something to see. Especially I liked that animals on the island are walking freely, no one is afraid. I even stroked a wild goat that grazed along with the herd near the road. In Crete, a lot of flowers, beautiful and bright.
