Время Past Continuous образуется  was/were + глагол с окончанием -ing

WAS ставим с I, he, she, it

Were - с we, you и they

Используем это время, когда действие происходило (продолжалось) в определенный момент (или период) в Например, I was playing computer games at 5 o'clock yesterday. или We were playing computer games since 5 till 6 o'clock yesterday.

Либо когда одно действие прервало другое - I was playing computer games when my mother came home.

Вопрос: Was she playing computer games at 3 o'clock yesterday? - was или were ставим на первое место.

Отрицательное предложение: She wasn't playing computer games at 3 o'clock yesterday. They were not playing computer games at 3 o'clock yesterday.
