Today i want to tell about my favorite traditional russian dish - pelmeni. It consists of dough and meat or fish mince. In appearance, pelmeni look like small boiled meat pies. Making pelmeni with the whole family is a good and kind tradition in Russia. But honestly, in modern time more and more often pelmeni are bought in a store. Many countries have similar dishes. For example China, Ukraine, Georgia, etc. I advise to taste this dish everyone who has never tasted this.
