My favorite sport is athletics.It helps us always keep in shape and helps us identify physical qualities.Athletics is the Queen of sports, it is an Olympic sport. It is popular among all sports around the world. Athletics includes such types of all-around events as running, long jump, high jump, pole vault, short distance running, hurdles, hurdles, discus, javelin, small ball.I chose this sport because I like to run different distances. I believe that just like any other sport leads to a healthy lifestyle and helps you persevere in achieving your goals. I love athletics.
