The Tagansky Park was founded by the club to them. Bukharin in 1934 by the decision of the NEC Tagansky district and consisted of two territories with a total area of 10.4 ha (for the most part - 6.8 hectares, children - 3.6 ha).
The cultural life of the Park consisted of theatrical political rallies, athletic parades, getproblem and demonstration performances of athletes. Only in Tagansky district stadium outdoors survived until our days.
