Я не совсем поняла задание, поэтому напишу в разных видах.

1) Просто текст о том, что я (ну я то не вижу ;) ) вижу на картинке.
In the picture I see still-life. There are apples, pears, cheese, mushrooms, a cup of coffee, milk, lots of grapes, oranges and juice.
Перевод: На картине я вижу натюрморт. На нём изображены яблоки, груши, сыр, грибы, чашка кофе, молоко, много винограда, апельсины и сокe. )

2) Текст о продуктах, которые я вижу на картинках.
