Such games include: swimming, badminton, football, tennis, cycling, rowing, volleyball, jogging.As for me, I can’t imagine my life without swimming .

During swimming, muscles gain elasticity, become sturdy and strong. A special role is played by breathing, during which the lungs expand and the body is fully supplied with oxygen.
