1)In order to stay healthy you need to eat healthy food and do sports,because it is good not only for your health, but also for your mind.Personaly, in order to stay healthy, I try to eat less fast food and do some exercises in the morning.

2)If I could change my lifestyle, I would go the gym twice a week, become a vegetarian and reduce the inatake of sugar,because it's really bad for my health.Moreover, I would invite my friend to work out with me, because this way it would be funnier and more interesting.
