Steve Jobs made technology fun. He was the American businessman and technology visionary. He was the co-founder of Apple Inc. people all over the world use Jobs’ innovative products – the iPod, iPhone, iTunes and iPad and study his management style. Millions of his fans in different countries admire his talent in design, function and style.
He was born on February 24, 1955. The Jobs family moved from San Francisco to Mountain View, California when Steve was five years old. His father worked for a company that made lasers. He taught his son some electronics and how to work with his hands. The father showed Steve how to work with electronics in the family garage, demonstrating to his son how to take apart and rebuild radios and televisions. As a result, Steve became interested in computers when he was a teenager and attended special lectures after school.
In 1974, Jobs got a job as a technician. He saved enough money to travel around India and then came back home. Soon he met Steve Wozniak. Jobs and Wozniak founded Apple in 1976. Jobs persuaded Wozniak to make a computer and sell it. Jobs, Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, an electronics industry worker, founded Apple Computer in the garage of Jobs’s parents in order to sell it.
It was the first small computer with a user-friendly interface to be commercially successful. Jobs also built the computer on which the World Wide Web was created.
Jobs guided Apple and the company was one of the leaders in the digital revolution. The introduction of the iMac and other innovative products made Apple a powerful brand. It is one of the most valuable companies in the world today. Jobs also worked for Pixar Animation Studios. He created Oscar-winning movies such as "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo". Jobs’s advice for success is: "You’ve got to find what you love."
He died in October 2011, aged 56.

The typical British family has a car, a colour TV set, a washing machine, and a cat or dog as well. They start the day at about 7 o'clock, have breakfast at 8. and are off to work by 8.30 . More and more women now go out to work as well as men. The children have lunch at school at about 12.30, and come home at 4 in the afternoon. Their parents are usually home by 6 o'clock, and the family eats together at 6.30 or 7. In the evenings, father may go to the pub for a drink, or stay at home and watch TV with the others. British Museums There are many museums in London. One of them is the Tate Gallery in Millmank, which presents modern masters of England and France. There are some fine examples of modern sculpture. Its collection of French Impressionists is marvellous. There is the Victoria and Albert Museum in Brompton Road. It has an outstanding collection of the applied arts of all countries and periods.The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square has one of the best picture collection in the world. It has the most valuable display of French paintings from the early of the Impressionists, and, of course, the finest English painting, with Gainsborough, Turner, Constable and others. It shows the progress of Italian painting from the medieval to the Renaissance, some outstanding pictures of the old Roman masters. It also has a great variety of Dutch and Flemish masters and an excellent choice of Spanish painters. There are great treasures dispersed in private collections all over the world. The Queen's collection is the most valuable among them.
