Red foods get you moving. They give you that extra boost when you really need it the most. What's more, eating foods in this group will protea you from many serious illnesses and can keep older people active for longer. So, have you got a big game tonight? Is it your turn to do the gardening? Then go ahead and treat yourself to one or even two of your favourite red foods.
Orange foods are brain food. They help you keep your mind on things and really improve your powers of concentration. On the physical side, foods like mangoes, oranges and peaches have lots of vitamin C. This is important because that’s the vitamin that helps your body fight off infections. As everyone knows, carrots are also fantastic for your eyesight. After all, you've never seen a rabbit wearing glasses, have you?
Yellow foods are nature's way of helping us to stay happy. They make you more optimistic. Imagine that you're feeling a bit down in the dumps. Eat a banana and you'll feel a bit better. Eat a couple of slices of pineapple and you'll feel a smile coming on and by the time you finish your tall glass of lemonade, you'll be grinning from ear to ear! What could be easier? But still there are such people. One such person is Vladimir Putin - President of the Russian Federation.       Vladimir Putin is the first person in Russia, so it always looks neat, clean. At official meetings Vladimir Vladimirovich always appears only in strict black suit, which is not unimportant fact in the description of his intelligence. Our president - a very organized person. After all, a man distinguished by certain organized system of work, respect to time. Such a person is able to manage time and chores.       Vladimir Vladimirovich solves all the vital problems of our country, but the work is not easy, because it is a daily crossings between countries, constant negotiation, conflict resolution within our country. To be able to run the country, not everyone can. This president should be able to work with the staff.       We often see on TV, as the State Duma deputies, many unflattering expressed about each other or even fight. But I heard someone cursing Putin as scatters or walked down the street, scattering debris? No, of course not! After all, an intelligent person can not afford that.       Vladimir Vladimirovich is very calm and well-mannered people, it is easy, but at the same time clearly and correctly decides on new laws or amendments to it. One of the best ways to fight stress is to keep a sense of humor in difficult situations. Even doctors agree that laughter is the best medicine for all diseases. Other ways to cope with stress include regular leisure activities and interesting hobbies. If someone feels depressed, a good solution is taking up yoga classes or swimming, bicycling, knitting, gardening, painting, etc. Anything, that can help a person to relax and get a new lease on life, is considered to be helpful.
