I would like to tell about the first man to walk in space. His name is Alexei Leonov.
He was born in the Altai region of Siberia on May, 30 1934. He wanted to be a professional artist, but he became one of the first 20 Soviet Air Force pilots to train as cosmonauts in 1960. On March 18, 1965 he became the first person to exit a spacecraft and walk in space. This was a very important moment for space exploration. Leonov was hailed as a hero of the Soviet Union for his spacewalk.
In 1975 he flew to the space again, as commander on the Soyuz 19 mission, the first joint Soviet-USA space mission, called the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. By the end of his second space mission, he had spent a total of 7 days and 32 minutes away from planet Earth.
Leonov was also a talented artist, and was best known for his paintings of space scenes.
He died at the age of 85 on October 11, 2019. No doubt he will always be remembered by astronauts, cosmonauts and space enthusiasts around the world.
Earthquakes of different force and in different points of the globe occur constantly, leading to huge material damage and victims among the population. Therefore scientists of the different countries don't leave attempts to define the earthquake nature, to establish its reasons and, the most important, to learn to foretell it that, unfortunately, except for isolated cases yet it isn't possible.
