2) Здесь стоит отметить, что вопрос очень глупый. Т.к .тут спрашивается "На что он/она похожи?", несмотря на то, что в первом вопросе спрашивалось "Кто на фото?". ответ я все же попробую дать. He looks like an average man riding a bicycle and wearing a helmet.
3) He's riding a bike in the forest in a sunny weather.
4) Yes, I do. I like summer and bicycles.
Но ты можешь ответить на первый и на второй вопрос так:
1) A man.
2) He is a cyclist.
Логики такие аналогичные ответы не утратят/

Hello Tom,
I am writing you this letter from London. I am here for 3 days with my mom and dad and I am so happy to be in the most popular English city.
Here almost all day is rainy but not cold but I take with me always an umbrella. I wear usually a sweater and warm shoes, sometime a jacket and a hat. All people are very nice and I try to talk with them on English. I visit every day different sightseeings and take many pictures. I am going today to the Hide park and promiss you to send you some funny pics from there.
