Здоровый сон - это залог здоровья и успехов в карьере, а его отсутствие является верной гарантией снижения трудо и возникновения различных заболеваний.

Сон-определенное физиологическое состояние, потребность в котором возникает у человека регулярно. Это состояние характеризуется относительным отсутствием сознания и активности скелетных мышц.

Сон-это значительная и важная часть жизни каждого человека. Во время сна наш организм должен восстановитmся психологически и физически, запастись силой и энергией для нового рабочего дня.

Для здорового сна требуется 6-10 часов, а идеальными считают 8 часов сна. Каждый человек имеет индивидуальные потребности в сне, и необходимо определить оптимальный для себя срок, за который вы высыпаетесь, и обеспечить условия для здорового, полноценного сна.

Поэтому важно, чтобы каждый человек обеспечивал себе полноценный и здоровый сон каждую ночь.

But according to some opinions fast food is bad for health. Some people are sure that such food leads to different diseases, so it is necessary to eat healthy food. Many people like tasty food, but they do not think about its harm. Fast food has many advantages. This food is delicious and cheap. Everyone can buy and eat it in a cafe, at home or in transport. But fast food has much harm. For example, a lot of preservatives, dyes, oil are contained in it. These substances harm human health, lead to obesity. There are problems with the stomach, heart, liver, which appear because of fast food. Also, unhealthy food makes the skin ugly.
