To train means to teach or learn how to do something.we trained the dog to bark when it wants to go out.every morning nick spends 2 hours training for the game.the man trained the team for the competition.traning is a course of special exercises,practice,food,etc,to keep sportsmen heathy and fit.переведите на у кого токойже учебник до слова race

"Тренировать" это значит учить как делать что-либо. Мы обучали нашу собаку лаять,когда она захочет выйти.  Каждое утро Ник проводил по 2 часа тренируясь к игре. Мужчина тренировал команду к соревнованию. Тренировка это курс специальных упражнений,практика,питание и тд. для поддержания спортсмена здоровым и в надлежащей форме.
