How to cook an apple pie:

While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the stuffing. Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour with the mixer, until complete dissolution of the sugar. 2.
Apples are peeled and the core, cut into slices. You can sprinkle blackened apples, with lemon juice. I cook the apples just before it is time to get the dough from the refrigerator.

Put the dough into the mould with removable sides, pre-grease it. Knead the dough, to get the bumpers. This is our cake's base. Put on the base apples and fill with sour cream filling. We put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 1 hour. 4.
