The welfare state (from the English. The Welfare State - welfare state) or "the welfare state" (welfare state) - a term which denotes the totality of social institutions in the Western countries, designed to ensure all members of society from social rights by the redistribution of income. The state must guarantee to all its citizens at least some minimum standard of living, including housing, education and medical care. The proponents of this theory argue that the welfare state is not only fair, but also effective, because the absence of such guarantees gives rise to external effects of economic activities (externalities) in the form of crime, poor public health and disability many members of the community. Critics underscore the significant costs associated with this, the negative impact on economic incentives. Thirty years after the Second world war - the heyday of the welfare state in Western society. Since 50 years there has been an explosion of costs for different sorts of social programs: public education, social security, healthcare, housing and municipal construction, etc. the Share of expenditures in gross domestic product has increased several times and made up almost half of all state budget allocations. The main tasks include pensions, sickness insurance, in accident, the child and family, social bespomoschno, housing, etc. the welfare State was seen as a natural part of the development of industrial society, as a social shock absorber of various costs in the course of its operation. At the inception of the industrial society welfare state has shown its limits, beyond which comes the loss of social position, all vividly manifests a paradox: the more you spend on welfare, the worse you live the poor.
I love going out with friends on weekends. But when the weather does not allow, I get upset. I love it to be sunny, but not hot. When I go, I would like to have a light breeze. Basically, I don’t like to be wet and dirty. I especially hate it when it rains. This is the kind of weather I love.
Conflicts Family is the most important part in everyone`s life. But sometimes it might be very hard to deal with very simple conflict. First of all, family must be close-knit and every member must always get on well with each other. It`s normal to feel frustrated, disappointed or sad. These feelings are natural, because every person in this world can have his own thoughts. It`s OK sometimes to feel being fed up with your relatives. Children should also understand that their parents might be very tired after a hard day and they just need our help but not silly emotions. They must respect their parents whoever they are. There`re a lot of ways to live without arguments: you should be very attentive to your relatives, don`t let them be mad, sad or just feel very bad, just smile and try to look on the bright side of life, then not only your family but your friends will be attracted with your boost of energy. You should get involved in activities and talk about them – then you will have a lot of things to talk about with your friends or relatives and just make them happy and don`t think about disappointing things. It`s better to keep away from disagreement and deal with conflicts successfully. But when it comes to solve that problem (it`s very difficult and step by step process), you must just cool off, take a deep breath and relax. Take your time to overthink once again what has happened. Don`t blame and accuse because your opponent is an individual person too and has his own mind. Be flexible and open-minded, willing to apologize, forgive and move on.
