Speaking about me, I'm also nerves about exams this year. The most difficult ones for me are biology and chemistry. I get ready for them through attending school counseling and self-study. As I'm nervous person I I'm contemplating not to be that way before exams. For example, I walk in the garden or look after my pets. This is really helps me.
