Не буду писать эссе, но попробую
1) Intro example: Modern society is ruled by people and their choices. But government is responsible for nurturing people's talents and fitting them into the economy. And so one can view educational system as the cornerstone of democracy. Although an old topic, it keeps being brought up. What should we as a society choose our future to be like? Would we rather see our children study in a separate schools based on gender, or is it better when everybody studies together?
2) Argue for
3) Argue against
4) Conclusion, something like: To sum up, both sides have valid points and it is impossible to say which is right and which side is wrong. But I personally believe that ...

Я бы что-то в этом духе написал. General tips: 1) think why the topic is important. 2) don't try to express a strong opinion until conclusion. 3) pretend to actually care about the topic. 4) don't try to just use a lot of "smart" words, instead try to phrase it naturally.

Dear Sirs, I am writing to you regarding your advertisement concerning pieces of the space bus. I am interested in space and would like to see the Earth with my own eyes. I saw your announcement in the Daily News on the 2nd of February and the offer seems to be rather interesting for me. I would like to book a 6-hour trip as it sounds enough. Do you still have seats for 1 adult and 2 kids available for the 24th of July? Could you please specify how such a trip would cost for 1 adult and 2 kids. I would also be grateful if you could supply me with further details which are important. For example, what I shall take with me, what papers and confirmations are required to be present and from whom. Another thing I need is the programme: when and where the trip starts, what's the route, etc. Please confirm what planet or maybe planets you suggest to travel to. As soon as I get all information I will be ready to make the final decision and proceed with booking and payment.Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much in advance. Yours sincerely, Alice Wolf

Present perfect continuous: uses

Recent past activities

We use the present perfect continuous to talk about a finished activity in the recent past. Using the present perfect continuous focuses on the activity.

We don’t give a specific time. Even though the activity is finished, we can see the result in the present:

I’ve just been cleaning the car. (The car is wet and clean.)

It’s been snowing. (The ground is covered in snow.)

What have you been buying?

One continuing event

We use the present perfect continuous for a single activity that began at a point in the past and is still continuing:

I’ve been reading your book – it’s great. (I’m still reading it.)

He’s been living in the village since 1995. (He is still living in the village.)

She has been writing her autobiography since 1987.

Repeated continuing events

We use the present perfect continuous to talk about repeated activities which started at a particular time in the past and are still continuing up until now:

I’ve been going to Spain on holiday every year since 1987.

I haven’t been eating much lunch lately. I’ve been going to the gym at lunchtimes.

She’s been playing tennis on and off for three years.

How long …?

We often use the present perfect continuous to ask and answer questions about the duration of an activity. We use the question How long …+ present perfect continuous:

A:

How long have you been waiting for me?

B:

About ten minutes. Not too long. (I’ve been waiting for about ten minutes
