With the advent of automobiles, there arose the question of how to protect traffic and pedestrian safety. This has established the traffic rules, which are mandatory for all road users. They place a single order of movement throughout the territory of Ukraine. The implementation of these rules – the key to the preservation of his life on the road. Who participates in road traffic? The participant of traffic – the person taking direct part in process of traffic on the road as a pedestrian, driver, passenger, driver animals. Pedestrian – a person involved in a road traffic outside the vehicle and not performing the way any work. Pedestrians are equated persons, moving in a wheelchair without an engine, are Bicycle, moped, motorcycle, carrying sledge, the cart, child, or a wheelchair. Thus it is necessary to be careful not to disturb other road users. Driver – a person who participates in road traffic when driving a motor vehicle. To ensure the driver has: - before leaving to check and ensure the good technical condition and complexity of the vehicle, the proper placement and fastening of cargo; - monitor the technical condition of a vehicle in transit; - vehicles devices by means of passive safety (restraints, safety belts, etc.) to use them and not to transport passengers, not wearing seat belts.)
