The Thames is not so long as the Severn, it is shorter. The sea enters deeply into the land and has a great influence on the climate, which is damp but rather mild: the winter is not very cold and the summer is not very hot. The main industrial centres are Sheffield and Birmingham where iron goods are made, Manchester, the cotton centre of England, and others. I do not think that the world in 100 years will be very different from today. Work at least not as much as today's world is different from the world in 1908. No flying of flyers is not likely to appear. The ride will be the same on the four-wheel drive cars. Only the work they will no longer be on refining products. Well, the public will be better trasnport, magnetic levitation train, and so on. One thing is certain, it will be a world without oil, gas, coal and uranium. All fossil fuels will be exhausted during the 21st century. And like it or not the world will have to change. The main problem is the energy future of the world. In thermonuclear hope silly, thermonuclear energy, even if such reactors will be designed to be much more expensive than energy from coal, for example. What is more, and what is not? Different languages and races are not going anywhere. There are black and white, yellow and blue =) Politically, the world is unlikely to become uniform. I was walking through the Park, when suddenly I heard the worst sound that was published somewhere next to me. The sound was illegible, but it looked like a whistle and a wheeze at the same time. I was a little scared, but out of curiosity, went to look where it was published. Wandering through the alley, I couldn't find the place whence came the sound, he was quiet, then got louder. An hour later, I found this place, it was a tall tree, and under it was the bushes in half my height. In the bushes lay exhausted puppy that whined and wheezed. When he saw me, he slightly effect the tail and looked at me with crystal eyes, like he saw me as the Savior. I gently picked it up and brought to the veterinary hospital. The doctors examined him and said that the puppy is sick, the treatment was not free, otherwise they could be put to sleep. I looked him in the eye and as if I felt his pain, I saw him crying and could not remain indifferent, I paid for hospital services. Two weeks later, I went to visit the puppy, he ran up to me, wagging his whole body and began to lick me with a happy look. While I was in the hospital, he was at my feet, and when I left, he looked poignant, sad eyes and did not want to let me go. Moving away from the hospital, I turned and ran back to the puppy. He was waiting for me at the entrance. I hugged him, took him along and gave him the name Svuppi. Since we live together, and he became the most loyal and best friend to me.
