My Visit to the Theatre
Last month my parents and I went to the theatre to see the Swan Lake ballet by Tchaikovsky.
My dad had bought tickets for us two days before, so we didn't have to queue at the box office. When we arrived at the theatre, we went to the cloackroom to leave our coats there. Then my mum bought a programme to have a look at the cast. Our seats were in the stalls so we had a great view of the stage and didn't need any opera glasses.
I liked the story of the doomed love of Prince Siegfried and Princess Odette. I was impressed with the music of the ballet and recognized some parts of it that I had heard before, for example the famous cygnets dance.
It was a fantastic performance that we enjoyed very much.
В месяце мы с родителями ходили в театр на балет «Лебединое озеро» Чайковского.
Мой отец купил билеты за два дня до спектакля, поэтому нам не пришлось стоять в очереди в кассу. Приехав в театр, мы пошли в гардероб, чтобы оставить там свои пальто. Потом мама купила программку, чтобы посмотреть состав труппы. Наши места были в партере, поэтому нам было отлично видно сцену и нам не нужен был театральный бинокль.
Мне понравилась история об обреченной любви принца Зигфрида и принцессы Одетты. Меня впечатлила музыка балета, и я узнал(а) некоторые ее фрагменты, которые я слышал(а) раньше, например, знаменитый танец маленьких лебедей.
Это было фантастическое представление, которое нам очень понравилось.
The weather in England is very changeable. Today I am going for a walk in the country. Now I can see that the weather is beautiful. I am already outside. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and there are no clouds at all. I feel like the weather is chabgicg already. A cool wind starts to blow, black clouds are covering the sun and in a very short time it is going to rain heavily. I have no idea where to go because there is no houses in sight and I have no coat with me. I am very wet indeed and very cold too. I can catch a bus which is going to take me home. I am at home now. I am shivering and sneezing and I am having a cold. We sometimes say that England is the only country where you can have four seasons in one day.
