I really like borscht. This is one of the most popular Ukrainian dishes. How to cook it? I will tell now.
First you need to take a pan, fill it with water and put the washed meat in it. It should be cooked for about half an hour. Be sure to remove the foam before boiling the meat. It is important.
Then in a separate pan prepare the washed vegetables (two beets, one carrot, two onions), to which we add two tablespoons of tomato paste and four tablespoons of sunflower oil. Stew the vegetables for about ten minutes.
Now add one shredded cabbage to the pan with the meat, and four minutes later four sliced potatoes and salt. After another ten minutes, you can add stewed vegetables from the pan, as well as bay leaves and herbs.
All together should boil for five to seven minutes. Our borsch is ready!
