In any case in the evening or at weekends everyone thinks about the rest. Suitable relaxation is the key to good health and positive mood. There can be two basic types of rest: active and passive. Most of on us choose passive rest after long hours of work. It means we come home, eat dinner, read a magazine, watch some TV channels, perform minor household chores and then being at completely tired go to bed. However, there are many other, more interesting and exciting ways of rest. Going out with friends or colleagues seems to be a good way to spend an evening. It can in be a walk around the city, a bowling night, skating at the rink, playing ping-pong, an visiting the gym, etc
