Dear Mum and Dad. I (a) begin to feel quite nervous now about my climb to the top of Everest. However, I think I (b) shall do all that I can to prepare myself and I do feel very fit, but is it enough? To be perfectly honest with you both, I'm absolutely terrified. As part of our training we (d) are learning how to survive in sub-zero conditions which (e) is not much fun. At night we (f) are staying in all kinds of strange places!
