He also has to fight with criminals who are after his powers. That’s why he is a big hero for a lot of people. Superman is a hero and not a celebrity. He saves people because that is good and not because he wants to be a famous man. This man is very important to us, because we like his films and comics.

What am I eating? Of course, I start with breakfast. In the morning, I like to eat well, whether it is a sandwich or mashed potatoes, the main thing to fill the stomach. It is not very useful, but I know that a difficult day awaits me. As for lunch, I have almost no time for it. Therefore, it turns out that I am only satisfied with a home-cooked snack or a nearby pizzeria.
In the evening, I give myself the freedom to relax a bit, since I have almost no appetite for some reason. I understand perfectly how I eat and what the consequences can be. But, unfortunately, I have to admit - I am a "hostage of modern vanity".

For example, "smokers" most of all have feelings of hunger, and can do nothing with it. Over time, therefore, health problems arise. What do I lead to? We all love to eat, it is necessary. But it is worth remembering that our nutrition depends on our health and the moral principle of this "delicious activity".

Цінність їжі майже втратила свій істинний сенс. Адже, прийом їжі – це важливий біологічний процес для нормальної життєздатності людини. Приміром, «курці» більше всіх мають почуття голоду, і поробити з цим нічого не можуть. З часом, відповідно, виникають проблеми зі здоров'ям. До чого я веду? Всі ми любимо поїсти, це необхідно. Але варто пам'ятати, що від нашого харчування залежить наше здоров'я і моральний принцип цього «смачного заняття».
Моя думка, щоб добре жити, треба добре і правильно їсти. І в обов'язковому порядку. Про їжу людина повинна знати не менше, ніж знає про біології або про рідною мовою. Їжа – одна з основних факторів щасливого життя людини.
