My favorite dish is an Ukrainian borsch. This is the most delicious meal I have ever eaten. My grandmother lives in Ukraine and she cooks this delicious soup. She taught me how to cook it. Here is her recipe. For cooking Ukrainian borsch you will need the following products: pork, beef, sugar beet, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, peppers, beans, parsley, garlic, fat, salt. Wash meat and put it to boil for half an hour. Cut carrots. Chop the onion. Fry carrots and onions in oil. Cut beet into strips and fry it in oil. Add the vinegar and tomato paste, mix thoroughly and cook for 8 minutes. Chop the cabbage and cut the potatoes. An hour and a half, remove the meat from the pan; add potatoes into the boiling broth. Add salt and cabbage and cook them on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the pieces of beet and cook for 10 minutes. Add the onion and carrot and cook. Add the garlic and bay leaf. Bon appetit!

First of all, I love watching movies. It's the best thing to relax. I usually watch comedies or thrillers. but sometimes I want to watch dramas with the meaning. So, if you like watching comedies I recommend you 'Due Date' with Robert Downey Jr. or 'The Hangover' if you haven't watch it yet. If you want a good thriller I would definitely recommend you 'The Expendables' and if just maybe you want to watch a drama i highly recommend you 'Closer'. i hope you like some of the movies
