Ukrainian dishes
In my opinion ukrainian dishes are one of the most delicious and unusual. There are a lot of Ukrainian dishes, but I want to give an example of some of the best.
From my point of view, the best Ukrainian dishes are borscht, varenyky, holubtsi, holodets and deruni. These dishes are very popular among every ukrainians. Regional varieties of the same dish differ a lot. If you visit ten families in Ukraine, you will try ten kinds of borscht, you can be sure.
To my way of thinking, ukrainians love to be great hosts. Ukrainian food is delicious but still not well-known around the world.
