At the weekend, my friends and I went on a trip to Lake Kaindy. I had never been there before. We took a bus to the edge of the forest and then we travelled on foot to reach the lake.
When we got to the lake, one of my friends said that we should go swimming. I wasn't sure, but everyone wanted to, so I said that I would too. I was just about to dive into the lake when I heard a man shouting. I looked around and saw a big group of Japanese tourists - and they were all looking at me! The tour guide said that the water was too cold to swim in, so I didn't jump.
We walked around the lake instead of swimming, and it was really beautiful. By the time we got back to the bus we were very tired, but it had been a fantastic trip.
