Hi Mason, 1 2 4 How are you? Are you enjoying a winter holidays? You asked about my school, so I'll tell you a bit about it. It's a very old building - they built 'new' part in 1930! It's very nice inside, though. classrooms are bright and clean, and some of them have interactive whiteboards. Of course, everyone wants to use classrooms with 6 whiteboards! We have lovely playing fields near the school, but there isn't a swimming pool I looked up your school online, and it looks like 8 very new building from photographs I saw. Do you like it there? 5 new Write to me soon. Best wishes, Tom

Nowadays there are arguments about celebrating foreign holidays. Some people think that this is totally acceptable, while other people believe that we should only celebrate our national ones. So who is right? My answer is that the first group has sense.
I strongly believe that we should get interested in other's countries culture and history. Let's say a famous american Halloween, isn't that a great idea to spend your time?
First of all, it it really helps to bring something non-ordinary to our casual life. We can have more time to enjoy the life, isn't that great?
The next reason is that, in my opinion, this greatly benefits the relationship between the countries. We get eager to discover each other.
That is why it is a good idea to celebrate them
However, other people think that it is strongly unacceptable. They mention that this can lead to forgetting our own history and culture.
Also, they suggest that different countries tend to have different points of view on the life at all
That is why their point makes sense and really impugns previous one.
Unquestionably, this can affect us. Yet, I insist on the amount of the affect. Globalisation makes cultural barriers less stronger with every year.
Therefore, we will get affected by this anyway.
In conclusion, I would like to state again that celebrating foreign holidays is absolutely fine and can be done without any fears
