Одно из самых важных правил - млушаться родителей и учителей.
потом следить за личной гигиеной, за домашними питомцами( если есть), и за порядком в доме.
Еще важны хорошая успеваемость и поведение.

1. Бедный человек - это не тот у которого нет денег. Это тот у которого Доброе сердце. Богатый может стать бедным , а бедный может стать богатым.

2. То есть , потребительская корзина представляет структуру и объёмы потребления товаров и услуг, а прожиточный минимум отражает стоимость потребляемого. Главное предназначение потребительской корзины - служить основанием для расчёта прожиточного минимума. Сама по себе она не является индикатором уровни жизни.

3. Неравенство в доходах нельзя устранить, потому что у всех разные способности и возможности. Доходы нельзя уравнивать по амбициям, нужно смотреть лишь на навыки человека. Кроме того , нужно учитывать условия труда и энергозатратность.

4. Если смотреть на этот вопрос глобально, то неравенство доходов напрямую связано с социальным неравенством. Социальное неравенство порождает классовую борьбу, а это бесконечный процесс, сменяемости угнетаемых и угнетающих. Неравенство - неискореняемый процесс, и, вероятно, причина того в человеческой природе.

5. Перераспределение доходов - это изъятие части доходов у одних лиц с целью их передачи другим лицам или добровольная передача доходов одними лицами другим, более нуждающихся в них.

6. Конечно можно, у нас же не конечная стадия коммунизма, когда от всех по способностям - каждому по потребностям. Поэтому, кто как работает - то так и зарабатывает.
