Если много знаешь слов будет легко справляться с заданиями части В,нужно начинать писать или письма,или какие нибудь маленькие для начала сочинения,что бы грамотно писать нужно подтянуть грамматику,и наверно первое чем стоит заняться это аудирование,Сложно развить навык,но нужно начинать слушать.если с начало не получается не расстраивайся. с опытам будешь понимать больше и больше,зайди на сайт ВВС там six minute english и слушай они короткие но полезные рассказы.а само главное нужно терпение потому что это язык,

I’d like to say thank you for your lovely letter I got last week. I was awfully glad to get it and I must apologize for not writing because I was busy with the project about ecology.
Now I’d answer your questions. I like doing projects because it’s really interesting for me. I did project about ecology and business recently. I studied different things about ecological problems our nature and how to solve them.
