To be healthy you should do several things. First of all, it's important to eat properly. Fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains are good for your health. But healthful eating is not enough. You should do some physical activity to keep fit. It can be a little exercise every day. In addition, make sleep a priority and sleep at least 7-8 hours per night. Avoid eating fast food or any other junk food because it can lead to obesity and other health problems. Also avoid harmful habits like smoking or drinking.
1. Recycling is one of the options being the easiest one. I would like to recycle the goods I do not use in order for the amount of waste which goes into the atmosphere to decrease.
2. I want to use my bike more rather than my parents' car as fuel pollutes the atmosphere.
3. I will turn off the lights when I leave a room to save the electricity.
4. I will also turn off the tap when I brush my teeth to save water.
5. I will right on both sides of sheets of paper to save the trees from being cut.
6. I want to buy bioproducts which come from my or neighbouring countries to reduce the fuel used for shipping.
7. I will plant trees outside of my house as millions of trees are being cut all over the world.
8. I will donate my clothes to donation centers for people who are in need
