The famous Old Homestead restaurant in New York will introduced a new dish this week: the Kobe burger. It has the first time the 135-year olds steak house have offered a hamburgers on its menu. But it’s no ordinary hamburger. At $41 it’s probably the more expensive hamburger in the world.
And what makes it so specially? Well, it’s made with Kobe beef from Japanese. Kobe beef are made from the meat of cows that drink beer every day. They also have daily massages to make sure they meat is soft and tender.
