One day Luca met another fish, but he discovers that the fish is not a normal one because when he is outside of the water, he turns into a human boy, who is called Alberto.
Alberto forced Luca to come out of the sea, and suddenly he became a human too. Even though Luca is scared, he accepts to experience some adventures with his new friend, then they go to the human village and meet a brave girl. I need to confess that I wasn't expecting a big thing, but it surprised me a lot.
