i’m glad that you are going to study in russia. i’m sure that will be a great experience, but i hope you won’t get the so-called culture shock. here are some things you should remember while staying in russia:
first of all russian people go to bed quite late so don’t be surprised to get a phone call at 11 p.m. it’ll take some time to get used to the right-side traffic, so be careful while crossing the road. also drivers are sometimes very impatient and careless.

Thanks for your letter, I'm so happy to receive it. Sorry, I haven't written you before, because I was very busy at school.
As for me, the exams are the most important part of education, that's why, I have always wanted to do well in the exams. The subjects aren't so easy. I decided to take oral examinations in English, Literature and History, as we have the choice. Of course, during academic year I tried to learn these subjects well. I ask my teachers questions on the most difficult material. Sometimes I go to the library and read a lot of additional material there. Mathematics seemed the most difficult to me. I always failed to learn formulas and terms properly. But I think that I can do my Mathematics exam well.
