Gymnastics is a type of physical culture that is popular all over the world and is good for health. The complex of gymnastic exercises can be performed at home, at the stadium or in the gym. Regular exercises will strengthen muscles and increase endurance.

Gymnastics can be athletic and wellness. Sports activities, such as artistic or acrobatic gymnastics, are included in the program of international competitions and the Olympic Games.

Participants perform various exercises on sports equipment or use special equipment: balls, maces, hoops. Program elements must be executed without errors and in compliance with numerous rules. For this you need to train a lot, every day since childhood. Members of the jury evaluate the performance. The judges take into account the complexity of the elements, the number of errors and the artistry of the performance. Due to its entertainment, gymnastics gathers thousands of spectators at stadiums and in front of television screens.

Russian athletes have succeeded in many types of gymnastics. Our team wins awards at olympiads and world and European championships. Alina Kabaeva, Alexey Nemov, Margarita Aliychuk are talented gymnasts known all over the world.

Health-improving gymnastics is useful for everyone: children, adults, pensioners. It can be done in the morning to charge the body with energy, or in the afternoon to relax from the computer or TV. Morning exercises consists of a set of exercises and takes a few minutes. Performing walking on the spot, swinging arms and legs, bending the body. You can use dumbbells to increase your workload.

I enjoy every morning a set of gymnastic exercises accompanied by music. It improves mood, invigorates and gives strength.
