Положительной степенью прилагательных называется их основная форма, не выражающая степени сравнения. Прилагательные образуют степени сравнения либо аналитически – с дополнительных слов more – более и most – наиболее, самый (сложные формы) ; либо синтетически – посредством изменения самого прилагательного с суффиксов –er и –est. Правда, есть ещё исключения. Сделайте сами эти степени, например: wide- широкий, wider - более широкий и widest широчайший
