Goths Готы There are many different subcultures in the world nowadays and my attitude towards them is ambivalent. From the one hand, it's good that young people get together on the base of their mutual interests and hobbies. From the other hand, some subcultures cover bad habits, such as, smoking or drinking alcohol. That's why I regard subcultures somewhat negatively. Speaking about Goths I should mention the main features of their outer look. They enjoy wearing different tattoos and piercings, dying their hair into black, wearing black clothes and black boots. People who acquire such subcultures are among fourteen and forty-five years old. It is a rather strange group of people which is a bit associated with the vampire theme. These young people try to look like vampires. You can recognize them in the crowd by pale faces, blacked eyes and eyebrows, long straight black hair and and serious look. The thing that they all share is the love for special type of music known as Gothic rock. Besides, I know such subcultures as Hippies, Emoes, Punks and several others. In my opinion, they form such close-knit groups to express their individuality and to find themselves. Most teenagers, for example, don't know who or what they want to become in the future and joining the subcultures is one of the ways to find their path in their life. However, I think they could achieve the same by simply studying well at school, interacting with peers and maintaining interesting hobbies. I'm sure that people are more happy and satisfied with their lives when they attend a certain sport section or take up a dance class. This type of pastime is much better than dying your hair black or piercing your body parts. В наше время в мире так много различных субкультур, и мое отношение к ним противоречиво. С одной стороны, это хорошо, что молодые люди собираются вместе на основе взаимных интересов и увлечений. С другой стороны, некоторые субкультуры предусматривают вредные привычки, такие как, курение или употребление алкоголя. Вот почему я считаю, что субкультуры свеого рода отрицательны. Говоря о готах, я должен упомянуть основные особенности их внешнего вида. Они обычно в различных татуировках и пирсинге, красят волосы в черный, носят черную одежду и черные сапоги. Людям, примыкающим к таким субкультурам, как правило, от четырнадцати до сорок пяти лет. Это довольно странная группа людей, которая немного связана с тематикой вампиров. Эти молодые люди пытаются выглядеть как вампиры. Вы можете распознать их в толпе по бледным лицам, покрашенным в темный цвет глазам и бровям, длинным прямым черным волосам и серьезному виду. Дело в том, что все они разделяют любовь к особому типу музыки, известному как готический рок. Помимо этого, я знаю такие субкультуры как хиппи, эмо, панки и ряд других. На мой взгляд, они собираются в такие сплоченные группы, чтобы выразить свою индивидуальность и найти себя.
